43 Things should improve the help page 2 cheers

I like the question/answer how to use 43 Things page, but I think it would be better with a:

  • frequently asked questions section
  • the ability to answer questions without have the “how to use 43 Things” goal appear on your list

A few tweaks would go a long way. Other ideas? Oh another idea:

  • prompt people in the question form to submit bugs or contact through the contact us page so that questions remains about how to use the 43T site (not a communicate with the Robots tool)

How the heck do you even get to the city hall page? The only help links I’ve ever seen are titled “city hall” at the bottom of the page [FAQ, Guidelines, etc], but this is the first time I’ve ever linked to the questions page – what am I missing? I was able to see the City Hall link at the top of the questions page [from your post] but when I went back to 43things I still can’t find a link anywhere…

Oh – and I think some clarification is needed on the guidelines. There is a lot of discussion and anxiety and confusion about what can get someone kicked off of the site and the limits to free speech etc.

Should do this

I think the FAQ could be expanded a bit.
