Definitely…It will make cheering others far easier if we can see the goals we have already cheered.

I used to think this should be done but then I managed to cheer someone again actually so I figured that if it has been a while since you’ve cheered a goal you could perhaps cheer it again…
Don’t know anything concrete about it though so I don’t really know what to say about this.
If it definitely isn’t possible to cheer a goal twice that link definitely shouldn’t still always be there.
Perhaps 43 people should add the Cher option too ;-)

Because the purpose of cheering I guess is to encourage a person in his/her resolve.

Because finding out that ‘you’ve already cheered this goal’ is quite annoying after giving more than 6500 cheers away.
